  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (shipping, billing, payment) is accurate and complete.
  • Payment is due at checkout via our accepted payment methods.
  • Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by carriers.
  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
  • For pre-orders, please allow 4–6 weeks for production and shipping (see Pre-Order Policy).

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with tags still attached.
  • Pre-orders, sale items, and accessories are final sale.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, brand names, and product images belong to AsphaltSaints.
  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or sale of our designs is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our site or products.
  • Our liability will never exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
