• Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and shipping.
• The timeframe is an estimate and may vary slightly due to supplier or shipping delays.
• If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready, unless otherwise arranged.

3. Payment

• Full payment is required at checkout to reserve your item.
• Pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases where we cannot fulfill your order.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Once placed, pre-orders cannot be canceled or changed.
• Please review your order carefully before checkout.

5. Product Variations

• Colors, sizing, or small design details may vary slightly from product images due to manufacturing processes.

6. Delays

• We will notify you by email if there are significant delays beyond the estimated timeframe.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or other factors outside our control.
