Refund & Pre-Order Policy

At AsphaltSaints, we put in the work to bring you quality streetwear. Please read this policy before purchasing — especially for pre-orders — so there are no surprises.

1. Refunds & Returns

Eligibility

  • We accept returns for store credit or exchange only within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
  • Final sale items, pre-orders, accessories, and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email asphaltsaints.us@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval before sending the item back.
  3. Ship to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund the item.

2. Pre-Order Policy

  • Made to Order: Pre-order items are made especially for you. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and shipping.
  • Full Payment Upfront: Payment is collected at checkout to reserve your piece.
  • Final Sale: Pre-orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once placed — unless we cannot fulfill the order.
  • Shipping: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order ships together once the pre-order is ready, unless you arrange split shipping.
  • Product Variations: Colors, sizing, or small details may vary slightly from product images due to manufacturing processes.
  • Delays: We’ll notify you if production takes longer than expected. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
